Immerse yourself in the calming and restorative power of Reiki with our extended Reiki Meditation Experience. This 45-minute session is designed to focus on an area of your choosing as you relax your mind and allow your body's natural healing to take place. Guided by our certified Reiki Master, you will be gently led through a meditation that channels healing energy to balance your mind, body, and spirit. As part of the session, our Reiki Master will (a) walk you through a series of steps to prepare you for the meditation experience, (b) facilitate a short experience to place you into a receptive state, (c) invite the Holy Fire Reiki to take over as you remain in a state of calm and relaxation, (d) provide a short period of time for you to journal / reflect, and close out the session with a debriefing on your experience. This Reiki meditation experience can be conducted via telephone or Zoom conference, offering you the flexibility to choose the method that suits you best. To enhance the experience, we recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully relaxed. You can also choose to have your camera on or off during the meditation, based on your comfort level. During checkout, be sure to select your preferred meditation experience. Each experience lasts 45 minutes, so only choose one. Once you purchase, you will receive confirmation of your appointment date and time, along with Zoom conference details.
