Appointment Etiquette
We highly recommend being punctual and honoring your scheduled appointment time to receive the most accurate and effective experience.
Availability of Complimentary Services and Limits
Due to high demand, only one complimentary service (excluding the Coaching Consultation) can be requested and granted per a customer's lifetime. These appointments are by request only and the service provider will review the appointment request and provide an email confirmation on whether the appointment was accepted or declined. These complimentary sessions are offered and performed solely at the discretion of the service provider (Gia) and Gemme Healing LLC. Further, the service provider (Gia) and Gemme Healing LLC have the right to rescind the session / appointment for any reason and without notice. If the appointment request is declined or canceled by the service provider (Gia) and Gemme Healing LLC, you agree to abide by this decision and not pursue any further action.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances that adversely impact your purchase of products and services may arise. However, we kindly request your understanding regarding the time, effort, and energy we invest in providing our products and services. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding refunds, missed appointments, and rescheduling requests:
Refunds: Refunds will not be granted due to the personalized nature of our products and services, and the time and energy expended. There are only two rare circumstances in which a refund will be granted; those scenarios are documented below. Because refunds will not be granted in any other situation, we encourage you to consider your decision before making a purchase.

Refund Scenario 1: In rare instances, before a product or service is provided, Gemme Healing LLC may decline its services and products to customers when it’s felt the results will not be of quality and value to the recipient. In this event, the customer will be promptly notified and issued a full refund.

Refund Scenario 2: If a customer completes a purchase requesting legal or health-related clarity, information and / or guidance, the customer will be reminded that no legal or health-related answers will be provided and issued a refund, minus credit card and site processing fees.
Rescheduling Purchased Services: We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule your appointment. We offer a one-time rescheduling option for such situations based on our availability. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment due to an emergency, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment start time (based on EST (Eastern Standard Time)) to discuss rescheduling options. Please note that rescheduling is subject to our availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Rescheduling Complimentary Services: Rescheduling requests for complimentary appointment sessions will not be granted. This is due to the limited availability of these sessions. Further, depending on the reason for missing / being unavailable for your appointment, you may forfeit the ability to schedule another complimentary service.
Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice or fail to reach out to us at least 48 hours before the appointment start time to request a one-time reschedule (for purchased services only), we will proceed as follows:
Coaching Sessions
The Coach (Gia) will make every attempt to reschedule the session in the same week, provided the requested 48-hour notice is given. Appointment availability is subject to the Coach's availability, which is limited. If the session cannot be rescheduled within the same week, the appointment and funds will be forfeited by you, as all sales are final.
Tarot Readings

Video Recording: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, we will conduct the tarot reading based on the information provided at the time of the purchase and record it via video. This recorded reading will be uploaded to YouTube using an unlisted link to ensure privacy.

Notification: We will send you the unlisted link to the video on YouTube via the email you provided at checkout, allowing you to access and view the recorded tarot card reading at your convenience.
Astrology Sessions
The chart / report that would have been discussed during your reading will be sent to you via the email you provided at the time of purchase.
Reiki Sessions
The session will be performed based on the information provided at the time of purchase, and the session outcome report will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
Complimentary Sessions
The appointment will be forfeited and may result in you being unable to book future complimentary services.
